Learn about piles or hemorrhoids

Piles or piles disease:

Doctors still do not know the exact definition of piles. Because the true nature of this disease is still not fully understood. By piles we mean a lump of swollen blood vessels inside the anus.  All humans have such blood vessel cushions or 'cushions'. So we actually call piles or 'hemorrhoids' only when it is causing some kind of symptoms. Such as a lump hanging out of the anus or bleeding. Each person has three piles or 'cushions'. Smaller piles may also be located between larger piles. During defecation, the veins became slightly prolapsed and beco I filled with blood and then burst and bleed.

When piles occur: The incidence of this disease is highest between the ages of 30 to 60 years. Piles are rarely seen under the age of 20.  This disease is slightly more common in men than women.

Cause: Despite centuries of research, the true cause of piles has not been discovered. However, certain diseases accelerate the formation of piles, such as excessive straining, irregular bowel habits, constipation, diarrhea, etc. There are some other reasons that can cause piles, such as heredity, standing for a long time, being in heat for a long time, lifting heavy weights, pregnancy, wearing tight clothes, hormonal effects, lack of fiber etc.

Symptoms: External piles involve swelling outside the anus and may cause some pain or discomfort. In case of internal piles fresh red blood is seen in the toilet. There is no pain. Blood passes at the end of the stool. Blood drips and sometimes flows like an arrow. If there is more pain and burning after bleeding, it may be anal fissure or cancer. The patient may suffer from severe anemia as the bleeding progresses. Piles may hang out of the anus. In that case, the piles may go inside after defecation. Piles are usually painless. Pain may occur if there is thrombosis or if the piles are protruding.Piles is not the only disease in the anus but there are many other diseases in which twenty percent of patients are affected by piles.

Ways to prevent: Ways to prevent this disease are treating constipation and diarrhea in time, not reading paper/book while sitting on the toilet, eating fiber like fruits, vegetables, salad with food, drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily, heavy Do do not lift weights, do not stay in excessive heat for a long time, etc.
